All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, returns after 14 days cannot be considered.

If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The shipment must be insured, otherwise the customer is liable for any loss of the item.

Products will only be returned in their original condition, unwashed, no stains, such as make-up or other residues.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange for a different size is not possible.

Here we ask you to re-order your suitable product in the shop.

A refund is only possible once the product and accessories are returned.
Payment will be made as ordered.
